    Yes, we supply both timber and metal frames suitable for all types of doors.

  • Are your fire-rated doors certified?

    Yes. Our fire-rated doors are certified and tested in accordance with recognized fire safety standards. You may request to view the relevant certification and test reports by contacting our sales team.

  • How long does it take to manufacture a custom door?

    Lead times vary depending on the design and materials, but most custom doors are ready within 1–6 weeks. Please note that factory workload and peak production periods may affect the lead time, and timelines may be extended if the factory is busy.

  • Can I replace just the door leaf without changing the frame?

    Yes, in many cases, the door leaf can be replaced while keeping the existing frame intact, provided the sizes match.

  • Do you offer consultation or design advice before ordering a door?

    To get a precise quotation, please provide the door type, dimensions (height, width, thickness), door opening size, frame type, material/finish preference, right/left swing handle, lockhole required or no, and any design or accessory requirements.

    Yes, we sell locksets, handles, hinges, and other accessories separately except for fire rated door's hardware.  Ask our team for product details.
